“I got this for my refurbed Dell Latitude E6510 (Win. 7) using Nvidia hdmi drivers to display via my smart tv's hdmi arc to receiver hdmi arc connections and it DOES work, but both audio and video can unexpectedly drop-out for a few seconds; any advice?”
