The charger turns on and flashes red then within 5 sec it turn to blue and won’t charge my controllers. Is there any way I can fix that? I insert toothpick to the hole of the back of controller that you mentioned in somebody's comment. But not working. null

It hasn't happened to me. So far it works fine, it turns the light yellow indicating the controller is charging and when it is done it turns the light blue.

Make sure to align the charging port at the bottom on the PS5 controller with the charging connector on the charging station. The LED should turn amber while charging, then turns blue when finished.
