- A: AnswerJust like when you charge your remotes via USB, they stop charging automatically once full. The same goes for this, since it is a dock it is designed to not overcharge. The remotes will not charge once they are full. Hope this helps. Thanks!

A: Answeryes, but i probably wouldnt advise it. i just tried putting my thumb grips on it to see if it would charge and it does, but it causes the thumbsticks to go all weird directions and keeps them sitting like that while its charging would probably speed up the eventual stick drift these controllers will be sure to have.Answered by noahjm

- A: AnswerHi Trevor, - First, disconnect your PS5 controller with the external charging port and also remove the console from the controller. - On the backside of the PS5 controller, you can see a small hole you can find it under the L2 button. - Now, insert a needle or a thin object or a toothpick into the hole to restart your PS5. - Press the button until you listen to any sound. Owned for 1 week by when reviewed.I love this dock, I charge both my controllers with ease and it has nice charging indicators that match the controller lights. It does have a wired into USB-C connector and that is your only connection option which is a bit annoying.
