QuestionWill this mount to a glass desk with lip? Or is only wood or metal suggested?

- Answer With the weight of the arm plus the monitors, I would suggest wood or metal. Glass may not hold the weight without cracking. If it is a thick glass top (3/8" or greater) you may be able to get away with it, but it would be at your own risk.

QuestionI have an an older 27" LG monitor. I am concerned that the bracket on the arm of the new stand will not work. Is that a concern? It is a model E2722PY. Thanks In Advance

- Answer I am not entirely sure what you are referring to in regards to the bracket, so I will answer the best that I can on multiple regards. Your specific model is compatible with VESA mounting, so the mounting bracket should work just fine. It's got both VESA compatible mounting holes (something I realized that my Samsung monitors differed in), so you should be good. The arm and bracket itself supports a stated 22lb per arm, with a capacity of 44lb in total. From personal experience, I am not entirely sure of this certification. One of my monitors weighs about 14-15lbs and the monitor arm sags a bit under its weight. It's a bit worrisome but it does seem to droop at a defined height. Your monitor without the stand seems to be about 12lbs, so you should be alright. However, you may experience a droop or sag of the arm.

- Answer If your monitor has a flat back with screws able to insert, you are good to go. If the entire monitor is curved, I wouldn’t buy this just to be safe.

- Answer There’s plastic caps on the bars that you can remove and adjust the bolt, make sure you tighten up the bolt to straighten don’t tighten too hard or it will be stiff.
