“Northern Europe I need to know if this can be used in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Germany. Also, I did not get a manual. Is there one?”

• We just got back from that river cruise. Yes it works in all those countries. You will only need one adapter for the plug they all use the same. I charged two IPhones & Two IPads with it. Works great. Enjoy you trip.

• Yes it will work in all the countries listed. There is not a manual. That is a misprint, it does not have a manual.
