  • QuestionWhy is the center part of my fridge hot? This include the center of the dootrs.

    Asked by Jorge.

    • Answer Thank you for your inquiry! The center part of your Insignia™ Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler, including the center of the doors, might feel hot due to the heat dissipation process. This is a common feature in many refrigerators and coolers, where the heat generated by the compressor and other components is released through the frame and door seals to prevent condensation and ensure efficient cooling. However, if the heat feels excessive or if you notice any unusual performance issues, it might be a good idea to check the ventilation around the cooler, ensure the door seals are clean and intact, and make sure the cooler is not placed in an area with high ambient temperatures. If the problem persists, it might be best to contact Insignia customer service hotline number: 877-467-4289. If you continue to experience issues with your cooler, reaching out to them directly should help resolve the problem. • QuestionMy Insignia Dual Zone Wine and Beverage cooler quit cooling after two years. A technician said it was a coolant leak and the repair would cost over $800. Do you know where I can buy replacement parts?

    Asked by JosephF.

    • Answer I had the same exact issue with mine after 2 years and 3 months (I had purchased the 2-year Geek Squad plan - just my luck). I had an appliance repair technician out to diagnose the issue, and he said it was a sealed system leak issue, and the repair would cost close to $1,000.00. He also said that most people don't think that it's worth it financially to fix it. So, it's basically junk after two freakin years! Thanks, Insignia!

  • QuestionWill 2-4 typical Magnum wine bottles fit in this somehow? (if so, how... upright (taking up half one side) or a couple across a shelf, or diagonal on a shelf (take up a whole shelf for just one, or what else might fit with it?)

    Asked by aha.

    • Answer The Insignia™ Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler with Glass Doors is quite versatile and can accommodate different bottle sizes, including Magnum wine bottles. Here are some options for fitting 2-4 Magnum bottles: 1. Upright Position: You can place the Magnum bottles upright, but this might take up a significant portion of one side, depending on the height of the shelves. 2. Across a Shelf: Laying the bottles horizontally across a shelf is another option. This might allow you to fit a couple of Magnum bottles per shelf, but it could limit the space for other bottles or cans. 3. Diagonal Position: Placing the bottles diagonally on a shelf can help maximize space. However, this might mean dedicating an entire shelf to just one or two Magnum bottles. The cooler has adjustable and removable shelves, so you can customize the layout to fit your needs. If you plan to store a mix of standard and Magnum bottles, you might need to experiment with different configurations to find the best fit. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. • QuestionThe doors are not lined up

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi there! We're sorry to hear that the doors on your Insignia™ - Dual Zone Wine and Beverage Cooler are not lined up. This could be due to a few reasons: 1. Leveling: If the cooler is not leveled during installation, the doors may not close or seal properly, causing them to appear misaligned1. You can adjust the leveling of the cooler by turning the adjustable feet at the bottom of the unit. 2. Hinges: The hinges of the doors might need adjustment. This usually involves loosening the screws on the hinges, aligning the doors, and then tightening the screws again. Please refer to the user manual for specific instructions. If you’ve tried these steps and the doors are still not aligned, please contact our customer hotline at 1-877-467-4289 for further assistance. |Angelica| Insignia Support| https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-dual-zone-wine-and-beverage-cooler-with-glass-doors-stainless-steel/6437135.p?skuId=6437135
