I had the same exact issue with mine after 2 years and 3 months (I had purchased the 2-year Geek Squad plan - just my luck). I had an appliance repair technician out to diagnose the issue, and he said it was a sealed system leak issue, and the repair would cost close to $1,000.00. He also said that most people don't think that it's worth it financially to fix it. So, it's basically junk after two freakin years! Thanks, Insignia!
