The battery cover doesn't have the two alignment tabs next to the interlocking tab. These alignment tabs were interfering with past product on the Elite controller, so they were removed for this product. This stand will work with any Microsoft Xbox one controller.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It fits any Xbox one controller. I use a original Xbox one controller and a gears of war 4 controller, both work great. It is basically a battery pack and a charging cradle. You can also charge it via usb cable aka charge and play.
