A:Answer I realize this question is 4 months old, but maybe it'll help someone else. Shake the battery. Do you hear a rattle? If so, the contacts have come loose. That's what happened to mine. I bought two. One for me and one for my son. After two weeks, neither one works. I now have a nice $20 stand for my controller.
