• No. The charge pins line up differently. You have to buy an Elite Battery pack and charger if you want a rechargeable battery for the Elite controller.

• The elite controller would be compatible with any Xbox One charging station without the paddles attached underneath. When the paddles are connected, they get in the way of most charging docks.
