I realize this question is 4 months old, but maybe it'll help someone else. Shake the battery. Do you hear a rattle? If so, the contacts have come loose. That's what happened to mine. I bought two. One for me and one for my son. After two weeks, neither one works. I now have a nice $20 stand for my controller.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue when i first used it. It wasn't sitting right on the base. But also make sure the battery is sitting correctly and/or the charging cable to the base is plugged all the way in. Mine works perfect.
