How do you attach the GoPro hero 5 to any of them? null

This kit comes with all proper mounts and thumb screws for each accessory. So all you mostly need to do is screw your camera on and you're good to go. It also comes with extra mounts and thumb screws if you lose anything.

I have the hero 5 u have to buy a separate housing

There should be a rubber piece in the middle of two prongs. Lift that rubber piece up and squeeze the two prongs. It should then slide off.
