The quick answer is yes. I must say though that it is important that you have the correct replacement remote too. If your TV says Insignia on it so should the remote you are replacing the lost or broken one with. Also make sure if you have the old remote to remove the batteries from it before you try to pair up the new remote with the TV or the TV may continue to try to pair with the old one.
