it doesn't mater the size of the TV. Your TV must be under the weight limit and the bolt pattern on the back of your TV can not exceed the width of the mount. Most TV's wither they are 32 or 60 have the same bolt pattern. If unsure mark your bolt pattern on a piece of paper and take that to the store. Open the box to ensure this mount will fit.

Yes. Just installed with a 40" Samsung. Fits perfectly. The tv will come with spacers to use for the brackets. The wall mount has the bolts that fit perfectly.

No, this mount is only designed for TVs between 19 - 39 inches. Using a larger TV could compromise the mount.
