• It has to do with he mounting holes 200 Vesa and because it's dimensions are 10" square, well it will fit between studs. If your TV is more than 12 lbs, I wouldn't do it.

• More than likely you can unless its an older TV that may be to heavy? I would suggest install into the Studs in the wall to make sure.

• Yes, it fits my 39" Toshiba without any issue. I got mine up and secured in about 5 minutes. Just make sure to use the correct screws for your T.V. so its secure.
