• I bought this amount along with a 39-inch insignia TV. They fit together perfectly. However if your mounting into concrete you're going to have to contact insignia for the proper Hardware because it's not prepackaged. But they send it out for free. Hope that helps

• Yes it will. it has an assortment of screws and bolts to fit almost any TV. This mount also has more than enough strength to hold if you mount the top two bolts into wall studs.

• More than likely yes. This one is adjustable and can hold up to 50 lbs. As long as you mount it in a stud and your TV weighs less than 50 lbs, it should work.
