“When the brackets are attached to the back of the TV, should they be tight or should there be some give? I'm using the exact screws/washers and spacers per the instructions and the brackets are still a bit loose, though secure.”

• The hardware that comes with the product has different length screws to fit a variety of tvs. Try one that is shorter and see if bracket is secure.

• Did you try taking the spacers out when you put the brackets on to make it tighter? I installed mine without the spacers
