I'm a painting contractor and I am used to putting up flat screens for my clients. But I highly recommend do not put into drywall only with the screws that are accompanied with the mount ( any screws). I recommend butterfly screws for the wall mount and that will fix the problem.

Several Insignia Support answers were to call their 877-467-4289 number for help on correct hardware to use. I called that number after purchasing an Insignia 24" TV and Insignia Fixed TV Wall Mount for 19" to 39" TVs. Insignia said no, they cannot advise and that I had to call Best Buy instead. I called Best Buy customer support at 888-237-8289. They said no, they cannot advise. It turns out that it was a Best Buy repair scheduler who informed me that it would be $200 to have someone come out to tell me the correct hardware or to install it. Nope.
