No, mine is a fixed mount. The TV can be pulled forward about 5 to 6 inches.

To my knowledge no, just left or right. It is a fixed position, if you want the ability to move it up on down you will need an adjustable one.

There are multiple holes on each rail to allow different mounting heights but the only vertical adjustment aside from that are micro adjustments using screws at the top of each rail. Allows you to adjust the tv to level in case you mount the main bracket slightly off. My guess would be about 3/8" - 1/2" is about all you'll get.
