• This wall mount comes with a whole hardware kit, with different size bolts and washers, and yes, the plastic standoffs too. You should be able to mount the rails to a tv with a curved back.

• The provided spacers are 22mm long. An inch is 25.4mm. The spacers are a few millimeters short of an inch.
