• It should, you can check your TV user guide, and look for what size nuts you will need to place the bars on the back of your TV. Then check what nuts come with this one. Or you can call your local best buy and check!

• Yes it will. I used it for my 65 inch Samsung slim TV. Works perfect use the template provided it helps lining up the holes where you going to mount it. Make sure you use a stud finder.

• Yes it will. It's universal. It has different holes in the back for measuring up to your wall where the studs are. Just make sure that you have a stud finder so you can locate your studs. Use the template they give you to place your holes for drilling in the right locations into the studs. before you mount your steel black powder coated bracket to the wall.
