• Yes it will, but it will be very snug. Not ideal if you change cord in the back to the TV often.

• Everything plugs into the back of our Panasonic Plasma Viera Tv. We didnt have any problems with the power cord or blue ray.

• It's pretty obnoxious to reach back there to plug in cables! If you have the option available, plug in all the cables you'll ever need before hanging the tv. They can be zip-tied out of the way to hide what you're not using.
