“Tilt down? Does this wall mount allow you to tilt the tv down/forward from the top a little bit? Worried about having to "look up" too much.”

no, this is a fixed position mount. no angle adjustment

You can not tilt this at all. I've got it above the fireplace and it's the right angle.

This is a fixed mount, there is no tilt option.

No unless you put spacers in between mount and tv but o wouldn't recommend that they are pretty much flat on the wall unless you purchase one that is meant to move around !

No, this is a fixed television wall mount. The television will mount perfectly straight and level to the angle of your wall.
