“I am looking for a tablet that I can put an SD card in to watch a movie. How does this compare to the ACER 10.1 tablet in that regards. I will be using headphones so the sound is not an issue just mainly concerned about the resolution and the quality.”

I nelieve this tablet can use a MicroSD card. I dont know if this answers your question. I am not much of a tech person.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no issue with the resolution or screen quality of this tablet. I have watched videos on it with no problem at all. I'm not sure exactly how it compares to the ACER, but I can't imagine that there's that much of a difference. My son has an ACER tablet and i dont see much of a difference between the two.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fairly sure that the resolution is the same (it's definitely the same as the Kindle Fire HD). I've been using it for Netflix and Kodi, and I'm very happy with it (when using decent wi-fi). I don't know what type of video you're planning to watch, but I would think that it should work fine, if you know what app to play it in.
