Adobe made the decision to no longer support Flash on Android devices since roughly August of 2012, meaning no Android device made since then has had the ability to use Flash. That being said, companies have found ways of making video work without using flash. VUDU is available from the Google Play store so it should work fine on the tablet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The salesman was correct. It can run the app. It sounds like you are trying to use a web browser instead? If so, don't do it that way. Get the Vudu app from Google Play. No flash required & you'll see better movie performance.

Try pasting this into google and the first link should be direct instructions how to do it from the creator of Flash, Adobe.com (I probably wouldn't trust instructions from any other link unless you really know what you are doing): "how to get flash player for android" Good luck!
