There is a headphone jack available on this tablet. If you are having hearing problems you can probably purchase a cheap set of computer speakers and make sure that it has the same micro connection as a headphone jack will have.
The volume is really relative to whomever is listening so it's hard to judge whether or not you would consider it loud or not. I hope this information was helpful.

You can add Bluetooth speaker, tablet by itself has decent volume considering you will be holding it right in front of you.
