• First of all the tablet comes with a screen protector already installed. So any possible scratches that you see are not on the actual screen but on the protector. I really don't see that this tablet is anymore vulnerable to scratches then other touch screen. You just need to be careful especially if you have long fingernails which applies to any touch screen.

• It has a very touchy screen protector on it. Any dust on the screen protector and your finger will scratch it. I removed the screen protector and I have a folio case I keep it in that can help it stand up and such. I touch the screen all day and I have no scratches on the glass. Hope this helps.

• some screens do that on cheaper models, just use a screen protector called rock hard
