Yes, you can setup restricted accounts. That is why we got this device. all of the control is managed from the primary account, so you have to setup the program access before switching it to your kids profile.

I was surprised to find that additional users don't have access to the other users' installed apps or files. If it's not a default app, you'll have to download and install it for each user. I hope this helps answer your question.
