“Start Up Time Does this tablet NS-P16AT08 typically take a while to load when you start it up? Now that I have loaded some apps ect. it seems to take a while to come up to icon screen.”

Yes, this price point will take several seconds to boot up. The more expensive tablets come up more quickly.
