Hi Jen. Your Insignia Flex should have come with a 1 year warranty from Insignia. I know it sux but I would suggest taking it back to Best Buy. They have always honored Insignia warranties for me hassle free. Just an FYI, Insignia added a new update for these tablets in March. That may help but be careful and make sure to back up your data before updating. Good Luck.

I would recommend taking it in to your local Best Buy with your receipt and have the good squad take a look at it under warranty.
