Are any apps preloaded ? null

A few basic apps. There's a geek squad app and all the standard Google apps that you'd find on a Nexus device from Google. So you can play videos, get your email, google maps, etc. but that's about it.

Yes, but not too much compared to other preloaded devices. It's a pretty clean device. Look for a different tablet, though. The display is awful. I returned it after one day.
