Yes! It has adjustable corner holders that give a nice tight fit on my iPad! Some are on sale for 9.99 right now before Christmas! Light weight but protective too!

It just might. My wife's tablet is 10". But the thing is, the corner locks are attached to elastic bands, which you really have to stretch to lock the tablet in securely. So, if you're not too far from a Best Buy store, take your tablet there & give it a try.
