• The one I bought was specifically for a 10 inch tablet. Check BestBuy.com for one to fit your size. In terms of a stand the flaps that close the folio act as a stand when open.

• I don't believe it does fit the 12 inch Samsung...my tablet is a Fire HD 10 and that seems to fill the slots...however, I haven't tried to put a 12 inch tablet in the case, so, maybe it would work....? If you fold the cover in the way they describe, then you would have a stand, but it is not as stable as I would like.
