you'll need to check the device you're plugging in. it should be set up to accept the voltage & amperage of the countries you're going to. i'm using for my laptop power plug & usb charging block; both are set up to accept up to 8 amps & 120-250 volts. if what you're plugging in only accepts 120 volts this will not work.
