• I too have a CPAP machine, and while I did not use this adapter on it, I see no reason why it would not work. I used it for a laptop computer...so it should work for a CPAP machine.

• This device will allow you to adapt plug types is all. This will do nothing with the voltage. So this will allow you to adapt your CPAP plug type to another type, but you need to find out if the CPAP machine will work with the other voltage.
