The accuracy is fine after installation. I have had no issues with the sensors.

Please try again later.I do not have this particular grip kit, but I have a pair of grips that covers the same two IR sensors as this kit, and I can confirm that the controllers still work very well. Covering those particular lights is not a deal breaker. I'm still able to play Beat Saber with normal accuracy. I don't think I'm allowed to mention which particular grips I have, but I can assure you that based on the images of this product, it should be just as accurate as mine. You won't notice a difference.
