I just moved from Europe to the US and use this to recharge my devices.

So long as the US voltage and Hz is supported by the charger you will connect to this adapter it will work fine. I include a picture of my Apple MacBook Air charger, but you should see this on any device. It should show the input as 100 to 240 V (or 110 to 220 V is ok too) and 50 - 60 Hz to be compatible in Europe and the US (as well as other countries). Most phones and cameras should be ok, but it's best to double check to be sure.
