“I have a Samsung TV that only supports HDMI 1.4. When I plug my Roku Ultra directly into the TV (via 1.4 cable) it adapts to the TV, displaying only 1080p fine. When I plug into Insignia (via 2.2 cable), and Insigia to TV (via 1.4).. I get blank static”
