• This is a HDMI cable extender. It has a plug on one end and a socket on the other end. To connect a computer to a TV you will still need a regular HDMI cable that has a plug on each end.

• This is an extender with a male and female end. You would need a cord with two male ends to connect to a tv and computer.

• this is an extension cable for hdmi cable.so if mackbook have hdmi cable port and if u want extend your regular hdmi cable than definitely work..
