“I have an old Toshiba rear projection TV....want to use a Firestick, if possible to make it a Smart TV. I was told an Insignia NS-HZ331 would work....looks to me like I need an HZ313....what say you?”

It should work. I've been using it with my Dell 2001 FP monitor with composite (yellow) input as PIP for live news thru Sling. This $20 FireTV Stick is the best gift right now.
