• They will! I have the same headphones. The adapter plugs into the jack and then uses bluetooth to connect to your phone or other bluetooth device.

• If your headphones have Bluetooth, this can be used to pair them with devices that previously did not have Bluetooth support by plugging it into the audio output of the legacy device.
