“Where can I find Windows 7 drivers for this product? My Rocketfish bluetooth usb adapter finds it, and starts to connect to it, but fails at the "installing drivers" stage. I looked on the Insignia web site, but could not find the product there.”

Are you running windows 7 or windows 10. If you are in windows 10 try installing it and when it isn't successful just click ok and then wait. a pop up screen will come up and ask if this device installed correctly. just say no and it will ask if you would like to try and run it in an earlier version of windows. Just follow the prompts and you can choose which windows you want to run it in. If you are running windows 7 copy the error message into your browser and search for that message. I hope this helps
