• I turn on my Bluetooth then earbuds. They usually sync immediately.

• It's not easy- but it will eventually work. Need to pair via Bluetooth. I had to try several times before I got it to work also.

• While in your iPhone's bluetooth settings page, hold down the middle button on the headphones for 5+ seconds. You should see it appear on your iPhone bluetooth page.

• Just power them on but hold the power button a little longer than normal. Typically you'll hear the pairing sound after about 5 seconds. Once you have done that, just find the device on your iPhone.
