“Just got my daughter the Insignia Joy-Con charging station with 4 controllers. The controllers are all dead and when I plug them into the docking station all 4 lights turn TO GREEN. But when I take them off they will not turn on. Please help”

Seems to be not working properly. Mine turns red when Joy-Cons are put on, then will turn green once they are charged. My suggestion, either issue with charging station or Joy-Cons, because definitely should light up red when charging.
