I didnt come across any problems trying to connect my tablet to the keyboard.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to read the directions, it will tell you to 1st fully charge both items..(iPad, Bluetooth device). Then on your iPad go to settings, go to Bluetooth, turn on your Bluetooth item, making sure your Bluetooth is turned on on your iPad. If both are turned on, your iPad should give you a code to pair with the Bluetooth item.

MIGHT BE SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT ON YOUR DEVICE. EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVENT PUT IN A PASS CODE OR MISSED IT AT FIRST WHEN IT TOLD YOU,YOUR LAPTOP STILL SHOULD REMEMBER THE DEVICE AND YOU JUST NEED TO START OVER.IF THAT DOESWNT WORK REFER TO YOUR MANUAL AND/OR CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE BOX THE KEYBOARD CAME IN..SHOULD SAY FOR HEL CALL XXX
