No. It has no internal amplification for use like a hearing aid, if I understand the question correctly.

No. It has to be plugged in to a phone or other communications device to function, and the device must be operating (turned on). It is designed to be used as a convenient extension of the mic and speaker of the chosen device. I still use my in ear hearing aids for the additional amplification when using the headset.

No - this headset has no power so all it does is use the phone's audio output. It can reduce the volume but doesn't increase it.
