• INo.. The ingredients are mostly water (de-ionized) and a small amount of "proprietary polymers" that one could probably eat without harm. I believe if they were toxic there would have to be a poison label on the bottle and there is nonre.

• No worries. As long as it isn't drank I wouldn't be concerned. It has no alcohol or amonia in it. Invaling a little bit won't hurt your son.
