A:AnswerOpen back cover by moving it counter clockwise. Insert first battery with positive + (small round projected stuff) to go inside first. The flat side (negative) of the battery is now visible. Insert second battery over (the first already inserted) with positive +.going in. Now you have two batteries inserted. Negative of the second battery (flat side) is now visible. Close back cover carefully rotating it clockwise. Be careful. Do not strip threads.
