• Yes. Attach the sticky round end on to the lens cap, A lens cap holder is not intended to hold your lens in place. It holds the cap while you are using the camera.

• Use the sticky end to connect to the outside of the lens cap. Then use the Elastic to wrap around the lens.

• Stick the adhesive dot on the lens cap. Put the elastic around the lens on the camera and voila! the cap is tethered to the camera! Very easy to use.In 10 years only one adhesive dot lost its glue but I caught it and did not lose the cap.

• An elastic strap fits around the lens. The string attached to the strap has a sticky tab on the other end. You stick that tab to the lens cap.
