“The enclosure is being seen on my MacBook Pro M3 Pro within the "System information" tab but I'm not able to use or initialize it like the pamphlet says I can on the MacBook. It does not even show up as an external drive within my MacBook. Why is this?”

• Did you initialize the drive as an ExFAT Format? Most drives unless stated tend to be Format for PC Microsoft systems and need to be Format for Mac. Geek Squad can help.
